Hi guys, well its been a few days since I last posted a blog and as i dont have much confidence in my abilities..lol... I thought I'd better try again...

*****WARNING: My spelling skills are really BAD so if throughout the series you notice please just IGNORE it...LMAO...

Here we go... I am adding some photos I have taken near home... I have been trying out my new lenese ans filters for my camera and as they are new I have not worked them out yet...BUT here are some of the early attempts...

Can't sleep!!!!

Well the excitement is building and we are finding it hard to concentrate on anything other than counting down the days.



Mal's suit case is already packed... Mine is sort of packed ...sort of spread all over the loungeroom floor.



Every day I think of things that I "just have to have done before I can go"... like making sure all the kids are organised and wont drive my sister and our friends too crazy while we are gone. You know I think teenagers now are more socially active than I was at their age (or maybe I'm just sooooooo old I've forgotten). Amie, Victoria and Emily have full social callendars while we are gone with parties and netball trips and parties and camp and parties.... somewhere in between they will be fitting in school and work...AND PARTIES. Luckily for me Debbie (my sister) and our friends Dian & Alan are going to be keeping an eye on thisgs and playing chaufer.



Dian & Alan are also going to keep a check on the horses while we are away. (I think Mal thinks thats more important than the girls...LOL).



Anyway I suppose I had better try to get some sleep or I will be too exhausted to climb on the plane...(NOT!!!)

The Cowboy!

This of course is our own cowboy and his trusted best friend Whiskey. Mal loves nothing more than to be out riding in the bush for hours at a time. Sometimes the kids and I think that he preferrs the horse to us.
